Thanksgiving French Style

My Thanksgiving always involves the same group, my immediate family and my adopted French family, the LeForts. We have been celibrating this repas for 19 years now. This
year I had a huge amount of help from my son's girlfriend, NoaLee. I pre-order my "Dinde"
or Turkey from my village butcher who always cleans, and dresses it for me. Madame M
then proceeds to gives me explicite instructions on how to cook it, even though I have been
preparing Turkeys now for thirty years. I listen politely and then do it my own way being
the headstrong girl that I am. I always use the Reynolds bag. It works and is quite efficient.
I made my own table linens in the burlap style that is quite fashionable and I feel it turned out
well.
